Thanks to its patented holding technology, the Modular Counter controls food safety, extends shelf life and cuts waste. The Hot model keeps your products warm at 65°C thanks to hot air that circulates over the shelf surface. Your cold products stay cold thanks to a cold airflow per shelf that stays within the counter.
