Description
Modulprint Pi is an industrial large character printing system designed for coding with special pigmented inks.
It is suitable for the heavy industry especially for tubes, sheets and beams of metal, pipes and bars made of plastic and various products made of rubber.
Thanks to the exclusive ink tank supply system with continuous and automatic ink agitation and innovative NZP printheads, Modulprint Pi plays a strategic role in the management of coding with strong pigmented inks.
Modulprint Pi manages NZP printheads, available in the following model: 7 – 16 – 32 dot with character height up to 120mm. NZP printheads guarantee the total ink circulation.
The innovative NZP printheads are made of stainless steel AISI 304 with high efficiency Solenoid technology. NZP printheads use teflon hydraulic connections and quick release hydraulic fitting (CPC). Furthermore, they allow an excellent resistance to shock and vibration on the production lines.
The Modulprint Pi system features excellent performance in harsh environments, ensuring high-contrast coding directly on flat, curved and irregular surfaces of alphanumeric texts, expiry dates, counters, production batch and logos.
The simple and compact console, with stainless steel structure AISI 304, consists of a large industrial membrane keyboard suitable for heavy industry applications and with high level of humidity. The large size graphic display lends itself to clear legibility and easy programming for messages that need to be printed.
