Models available for the LEM tube ovens:

  • LEM 4180120

an oven with 4 layers, each with dimensions of 81×125 cm (baking surface equal to 4 m2)

  • LEM 4180180

an oven with 4 layers, each with dimensions of 81×185 cm (baking surface equal to 6 m2)

Oven features :

  • the layers have the following useful deck entrances (from the bottom upwards) 20 – 20 – 20 – 25 cm
  • the external surface of the oven (opening and side panels) is made fully out of stainless steel
  • the simplified electric panel, which is positioned on the front, permits simple and quick maintenance
  • the feet make it easier to carefully clean the surface under the oven
  • available options include the integrated manual elevator, for easier and faster product loading

Three turning smoke ducts
Three ducts made in high temperature steel and refractory bricks.
The optimal heat distribution ensures gentle, even baking.

Steam tubes 
Cold drawn steel tubes, certified UNI663 and individually tested at a pressure of 700 bar.

The most important feature of the iBAS electronic control panel is its ease of use, with buttons that have a direct and intuitive function:

  • setting a single baking temperature for all the decks
  • setting a single baking time for all the decks
  • contemporary display of the real (red) and set (green) baking temperatures and times
  • daily start-up
  • SLEEP function for planning oven shutdown after a preset period of non-use
