The rotary 8/9/10 trays Slim 9T oven is the ideal solution when only a limited amount of space is available, thanks to an excellent ratio between the baking and floor surface (only 1.2 m).

The pleasant and harmonious design of this rotary oven makes it possible to place the oven in view even in shops, so its aesthetic appearance can be appreciated.

The Slim 9T rotary oven is available in combination with a proofing cell or with an electric deck oven, which ensures maximum flexibility of use, for example in pastry shops.

The possible combinations for the Slim 9T rotary oven include a proofing cell and an electric deck oven.

The Slim 9T rotary oven is supplied in different possible combinations:

for maximum flexibility of use.

– three types of support on wheels;

– a proofing cell;

– electric deck oven of Domino Series

The proofing cell has a fan to ensure temperature uniformity and is available in two versions – heating only or heating and humidifier.

The temperature in the cell is controlled by a thermostat, whereas the humidity is controlled by a button: water is supplied automatically to the humidifier.

The tray supports are mobile and can be positioned at the desired height. They can also be removed for cleaning inside.

Domino Series electric deck oven is available with or without a steamer.

It could have a control panel that allows programming up to 99 recipes with 9 operating phases each.

The temperature regulation of the ceiling and floor is independent, as is the temperature for the loading end.

SLIM 15T, the electric forced convection oven .

Rotor Slim 15T is an electric forced convection oven with rotating rack, made up of one single deck. The SLIM series is suitable for baking products on trays or in moulds.

The main constructive features of the Rotor Slim 15T electric forced convection oven with rotating rack:

  • Front and covering 
    Made of AISI 430 stainless steel The hood and steam exhauster are included. The insulation with thick, constant density rock wool ensures minimum heat loss.
  • Baking deck 
    In INOX AISI 430 stainless steel with air flow control by means of gates for more uniform baking on the entire rack. The air flow for baking from the bottom upwards ensures perfect product development and fragrance. The bottom is flat and easy to clean. Light is provided by a halogen lamp.
  • Door 
    Insulated, with a window in double pane glass. Door gaskets in flexible stainless steel plate to guarantee a constant seal over time. The door opens to the right as a standard feature. Cast iron friction locking system
  • Rotation system 
    Rack rotation unit consisting of a ratiomotor and a precalibrated torque limiter. The lifting system is manual with a hook.
  • Steamer 
    The steamer is implemented with thick steel profiles with cascading water and is easy to access for cleaning and maintenance, located in the rear section of the oven. Water supply to the steamer with a bronze solenoid valve for maximum safety.
  • High power, small space 
    The plated electrical heating elements are powered in a differentiated manner to maintain the baking temperature with only 50{0777383fce896f6afaee31913cd4119db96601c35f16556f478c047aa53ec03e} of the total power.
