Description
Z640Plus 3.0 system is an exclusive high definition coder, provided with a stand-alone console which can drive simultaneously up to two printheads, for the full customization of primary and secondary packaging.
The innovative printheads are available in two different versions: Graph e-JET 102, which can print up to 102 mm (4″), and Graph e-JET 50, which can print up to 50 mm (2″). They allow the printer to give excellent results in terms of volume, speed and distance from the products. Thanks to these printheads and to a wide range of high contrast patented inks, Z640Plus 3.0 is able to print very high definition alphanumerical texts, barcodes, production dates, expiry dates, batches, descriptive texts and logotypes.
By virtue of its excellent performances and, in particular, of its ability to print superior quality barcodes, perfectly readable and traceable, Zanasi High Definition technology has obtained the GS1 Standard Solution Certification.
Z640Plus 3.0 is suitable for printing on porous surfaces: equipped with an industrial PC (Windows® 10 ‘IoT’ Enterprise) which is incorporated in the console, it features a fast and reactive user interface with a 12,1″ SVGA full colour touch-screen panel, and a 4 GB SATA Hard Disk SSD (Solid State Disk). Thanks to Windows 10 IoT operating system, the Zanasi software offers the user a greater number of printing languages and alphabets (such as Arabic, Chinese, Cyrillic, to include a number of local dialects).
