Z5000Pi is the ultimate Zanasi Continuous Ink-Jet printing system which can mark on almost every kind of dark surface. It guarantees very high contrast coding with a wide range of colored pigmented inks.
Z5000Pi is able to deliver consistent code quality and provide reliable perfomance thanks to an automatic ink mixing and visible double flushing system. Through an advanced hydraulic system which doesn’t need factory air, today Z5000Pi is able to considerably improve the consumption, thanks also to the innovative vapors circuit with complete solvent recovery.
Z5000Pi performs a very high degree of Ingress Protection (IP65) for use in all difficult industrial environments due to its tough stainless steel case and streamlined curved design.
The new system features a unique coding quality which is guaranteed both on flat, curves and irregular surfaces.
