Description

Syncro is an efficient fully automatic divider rounder for the professional bakery. It is equipped with a gentle, oil-free dividing system and a double rounding device. You can count on the highest accuracy and optimal rounding for any type of dough.

The unique two-row system offers a larger weight range without the need to change drums or stamps (15 – 90 gr; 30 – 120 gr. or 45 – 160 gr.). The required weight is simply set through the drive controller. The LCD control panel offers guiding software and stores up to 50 recipes.

This divider rounder is useful for any type of dough: white, brown, integral, rye and even gluten-free. The stress-free dividing followed by double rounding further improves the end product. At the same time it allows for an hourly capacity of up to 3.500 buns.

An optional integrated, compact long moulder provides the flexibility to produce a true range of buns, rolls, hotdogs and baps. At a minimal requirement of floor space.

Solid construction and well considered components guarantee maximum reliability. Maintenance is fast and simple. All stainless steel doors and panels can be opened and every part is easy accessible.
